**Analytics Engineer, Strategic Accounts** *Customer Solutions Group • Full-Time • Remote, United States* **About the Role** Embed with an enterprise client's growth team as a key technical partner. You'll own hands-on SQL work: building audiences, editing scripts, investigating data discrepancies, and supporting live email and direct mail campaigns. As the team migrates to a new cloud environment this fall, you'll have the opportunity to rebuild recurring work from scratch—automating manual steps, cleaning up pipelines, and designing processes the way they should be. **What You'll Do** • Build and edit SQL to power audience building and email/direct mail campaigns • Work directly with a single enterprise client to understand their business needs and data landscape • Design and build scalable data models supporting analytical and operational goals • Drive improvements to internal workflows and tooling for efficiency and repeatability • Serve as a thought partner for client stakeholders on technical and strategic data decisions • Investigate data discrepancies and analyze deltas between tables **What You Bring** • 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience in production environments (most important skill) • Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks) • Solid understanding of data pipelines and data engineering concepts (ETL/reverse ETL, event streaming, data modeling) • Strong communication with both technical and non-technical partners • Thrives under tight, recurring deadlines with shifting priorities • High agency, ownership mindset, and focus on customer impact **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $110,000–$120,000 USD + equity and variable compensation 🏠 Remote-first, flexible work style with monthly Recharge Days 🏥 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision for individual employees 📚 Annual professional development stipend, quarterly hackathons *US-based candidates authorized to work without visa sponsorship only.*
