We're digitally transforming industries including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing. **About the Role** Join Samsara's Revenue Operations AI & Data Team to build production-grade generative AI applications powering our GTM engine. You'll develop AI tools for customer outreach, build copilots for sellers, and enable voice/chat interfaces that help teams engage more effectively. **Key Responsibilities** • Build GenAI tools helping sellers find and connect with customers faster • Develop AI-powered copilots surfacing CRM insights and sales knowledge in real time • Launch AI features improving efficiency across the sales funnel • Work hands-on across the stack: model experimentation to app development • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and sales operators **Minimum Requirements** • 5+ years in software engineering, applied ML, or AI product development • Proven success building and deploying production-ready AI/ML applications (GenAI, LLMs, RAG systems) • Expert Python and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI SDK, MCP, etc.) • Backend systems and API development experience • Strong product sense and cross-functional collaboration skills • US-based and authorized to work in the United States **Ideal Candidate Also Has** • AI product experience in sales/go-to-market context • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar platforms • Vector databases, retrieval systems, or voice/chat pipeline integration experience • Track record leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers • Infrastructure knowledge (cost optimization, model evaluation, observability) **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 Annual Base Salary: $127,330 – $214,000 USD • Performance-based bonus and equity in a high-growth public company • Flexible, employee-led remote model • Professional development stipend • Comprehensive health and parental leave plans **Location:** Remote (US-based) *Samsara is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace.*
