## Applied AI Architect, G&A At Braze, we’re building an **Applied AI** function to change how every team at the company works—**not** as a distant center of excellence, but as a team of practitioners who partner directly with business units to make AI the default starting point for work. ### What you’ll do As an **Applied AI Architect, G&A**, you’ll rotate across Braze’s corporate functions (e.g., **Finance, People, Legal, Operations, IT & Business Systems**) and embed with a functional team or cross-functional cohort of **~15–25 people**. You’ll: - **Learn the work deeply** and identify the highest-value workflows to improve - **Rebuild workflows around AI** alongside the people who own them - Operate across three modes: - **Researcher:** find where the real friction and opportunity live - **Builder:** design and ship working AI agents on shared infrastructure - **Coach:** move teams from first contact with AI to **self-sufficiency**, then rotate to the next function ### How success is measured - **Durable business impact** aligned to key financial and efficiency goals - **Adoption that persists** after you rotate out - **High output quality** and meaningful business impact ### Team context This role is the **broad-coverage, rotational counterpart** to the Applied AI Architects, GTM team, which applies the same craft permanently attached to stages of the revenue lifecycle. Braze employees are already building agents that compress multi-day workflows into minutes and transform processes like **research, reporting, and operational escalations**—this team exists to accelerate and systematically scale that impact across Braze.
