**Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Applications - People & Legal** **About the Role** Reporting to the Director of IT Business Solutions Partner - People, Legal, and Corporate Communications, you'll own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of BridgeBio's core People and Legal enterprise applications including Workday, VNDLY, and Greenhouse, while leading the Malbek CLM implementation. **Key Responsibilities** • System Administrator for Workday (HCM/VNDLY) and Greenhouse with tenant configuration, integrations, and production deployments • Lead Malbek CLM implementation including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, and change management • IT project manager for People and Legal systems initiatives—build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reporting • Primary business analyst for People and Legal systems; facilitate discovery sessions, map workflows, translate business needs into requirements • Coordinate with system vendors and implementation partners on delivery • Build test plans, coordinate UAT execution, and track issue resolution • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows across systems • Ensure data quality and integrations for Workday and Greenhouse • Maintain technical documentation and change evidence for SOX compliance • Participate in bi-weekly enhancement triage, change control governance, and quarterly vendor reviews **What We're Looking For** • 7+ years as business analyst/project manager supporting HR, Legal, or CLM systems • Direct hands-on experience with Workday and/or Greenhouse required • CLM platform experience (Malbek, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar) strongly preferred • Proven track record leading enterprise system implementations from requirements through go-live • Strong business analysis skills: discovery facilitation, requirements writing, process mapping, traceability • Pharma/biotech or regulated environment experience a plus • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable in lean, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) **Location & Compensation** 📍 Hybrid - San Francisco (minimum 3 days/week in office) 💰 $185,000–$200,000 USD (California-based) **Benefits** Market-competitive total rewards package including base pay, annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits.
