This role solves complex problems affecting multiple engineering teams by building platforms, workflows, tooling, and AI resources that help engineers find information, complete tasks, and deliver software with quality and speed. Staff Engineers choose approaches for complex and unclear work—their technical judgment carries beyond their immediate team. **Your Mission** **Technical Leadership and Architecture** • Lead design and architecture for major Developer Experience capabilities • Choose methods for complex and ambiguous assignments without a set playbook • Build and improve internal developer platforms, service catalogs, scorecards, self-service workflows, and integrations • Connect developer tools to source control, CI/CD, observability, identity, cloud, and work-management systems • Build and maintain practical AI tools, reusable skills, workflow integrations, and evaluation harnesses • Shape solutions with engineering teams and Architecture before implementation starts **Developer Enablement and Adoption** • Treat engineering teams as internal customers • Drive adoption through documentation, training, and support • Measure and improve developer experience metrics
