**AI Operations Lead, Roku Data Cloud** **About the Role** Design, implement, and scale the financial and operational data infrastructure powering the Roku Data Cloud business. Bridge finance, revenue operations, product, and analytics to enable real-time, automated visibility into business health and performance. **Key Responsibilities** • Integrate Salesforce data with product roadmap tracking tools to connect pipeline, forecasts, and revenue outcomes • Automate data flows between Salesforce, Snowflake, and BI platforms for go-to-market and revenue insights • Build executive dashboards showing sales pipeline, forecasts, and core financial metrics (ARR, NRR, contribution margin, COGS, hosting costs) • Establish source-of-truth systems for finance, product usage, and revenue data • Define data governance standards, metric definitions, and integration frameworks • Create automated ETL/ELT processes for finance data refreshes • Architect scalable systems that evolve with new metrics and revenue models • Design BI layers enabling analysts and leaders to generate insights independently **Required Experience** • 7+ years in finance systems, revenue operations, BI engineering, or data automation • Strong expertise with Salesforce, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) • Proven track record building end-to-end automated reporting systems • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline development • Experience integrating product management tools with financial data sources • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, COGS, contribution margin) • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams • Experience in ad tech, mar tech, or data platform businesses preferred **Compensation & Benefits** Estimated annual base salary (NY): $174,100 - $225,500 Eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and PTO. **Work Environment** Hybrid: In-office Monday-Thursday, flexible remote Fridays.
