Zipline operates on four continents and has completed millions of deliveries to date, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products. --- ### About You and The Role We’re seeking a **Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer** to help design, operate, automate, and scale the systems that support our employees and business operations. In this role, you’ll provide technical ownership and direction for core enterprise platforms, including: - **Okta** - **Google Workspace** - **Slack** - **Endpoint management** - **API integrations** connecting internal systems You will: - Set technical standards and make architecture decisions - Lead complex improvements while maintaining a **secure, reliable, scalable, and highly automated** IT environment - Design and mature **identity and access management** capabilities across the organization, including: - Role-based access control (RBAC) - Automated software provisioning - Scalable joiner/mover/leaver workflows - Establish patterns and standards that can be consistently operated and extended as the company grows --- ### What You Bring The ideal candidate has: - Deep experience administering **modern SaaS platforms** - Strong **scripting and automation** skills - Strong understanding of **modern identity standards** - Hands-on experience managing infrastructure in a **public cloud** environment (e.g., **AWS** or **Google Cloud Platform**) - Demonstrated sound technical judgment and the ability to design scalable solutions for complex, cross-system problems This is a **senior individual contributor** role where you’ll act as a technical lead for critical systems, resolve ambiguous cross-system issues, make architectural tradeoffs, and partner across **IT, Security, Engineering, and business teams**.
