**Location:** USA (100% remote) **Company:** LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) LivePerson is a leader in trusted enterprise conversational AI and digital transformation, powering nearly a billion conversational interactions every month. --- ## Position Overview As a **Senior Cloud Architect (Network & SRE)**, you’ll serve as a senior technical lead bridging **cloud networking** and **site reliability engineering**. You’ll design, build, and maintain the network architecture that powers LivePerson’s global platform on **GCP**, ensuring **high availability, performance, and security** across distributed systems. --- ## You Will (Key Responsibilities) - Design, deploy, and manage scalable and resilient **GCP network architectures** (VPCs, Interconnects, Load Balancing, DNS) - Lead **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** for networking components using **Terraform** - Partner with the **SRE team** to resolve connectivity, latency, and performance issues across global microservices - Implement and manage **network security policies** (firewall rules, **VPC Service Controls**, **IAM** roles) - Optimize **cloud networking costs** through traffic analysis and architectural improvements - Drive **reliability engineering** in the network domain (capacity planning, error budget management, monitoring/alerting) - Collaborate with engineering teams to onboard services and meet networking/reliability standards --- ## You Have (Required Skills & Qualifications) - **10+ years** experience in Cloud Architecture, Network Engineering, or SRE/DevOps - Deep expertise in **GCP networking** (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, Load Balancing, Service Networking) - Strong **DevOps** background and **IaC** experience (Terraform or similar) - **US-based residency** - Working knowledge of scripting (**Python, Go, or Bash**) - Strong understanding of distributed systems, **Linux/network troubleshooting**, and modern observability - Ability to lead technical strategy and collaborate across teams
