You'll design reusable systems and methodologies that enable dozens of downstream teams to move faster with greater confidence. This is a highly analytical product ownership role combining deep data expertise, systems thinking, technical leadership, and cross-functional execution. **We're Hiring Two Central Data Leads:** • **Consumer Receipts** - Own systems that process, classify, and validate transaction-level consumer receipt data • **B2B Spend** - Own systems that transform complex purchase and invoice data into standardized, production-ready datasets **Key Responsibilities:** • Own the complete lifecycle of your data domain from raw processing to downstream product delivery • Build systems that improve data quality through validation frameworks and monitoring • Design reusable methodologies that scale across the organization • Set analytical and technical direction with cross-functional partners • Expand your domain by onboarding new datasets and data providers • Leverage AI and automation to improve data processing and validation • Mentor junior analysts as the team grows **You're A Great Fit If:** • 6-8+ years of data analytics experience (financial services, consulting, data science, or tech) • Expert SQL fluency and Python/PySpark experience • Track record leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders • Strong reasoning about bias, representativeness, and data quality • Skilled at working with messy, inconsistent datasets • Excellent communicator who influences cross-functional partners • Energized by building systems and mentoring teams • Actively use AI tools and excited about AI-driven leverage **What We Offer:** • Flexible work hours and vacation • Generous 401K match, parental leave, wellness budget, learning reimbursement • Base salary: $170,000-$185,000 + up to 10% performance bonus • Remote-friendly (US-based; can be NYC, office hubs, or anywhere in US) **Growth-focused culture emphasizing ownership, transparency, and continuous mastery.**
