Our technology empowers restaurants to focus on their team, guests, and bottom line, while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant. **About the Role** Join our Network Operations team providing the backbone infrastructure connecting diners and restaurants worldwide. You'll develop and maintain network automation tools for multiple datacenters, cloud, and office networks operating 24x7. Key responsibilities include: • Developing automated configurations and Ansible playbooks • Leveraging network RESTful APIs for automation • Fixing connectivity issues and implementing security • Supporting current and next-generation platforms **Minimum Qualifications** • 5+ years as a Network Engineer • Advanced AWS and Cloud Networking knowledge (hybrid environments) • Advanced TCP/IP and network protocols (EVPN-VXLAN, LACP, MC-LAG, Virtual Chassis) • Intermediate Python scripting and Ansible/Puppet experience • Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) • JunOS, PanOS, ArubaOS, or IOS/NX-OS/ASA-OS experience • Layer 3, 4, and 7 load balancing knowledge • Network monitoring and packet capture tools • 24/7 oncall rotation capability • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** • F5 LTM platform experience • Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI) • Linux administration and SRE skills • Git and Jira experience • Bachelor's degree in related field **Benefits** Remote flexibility (up to 20 days/year), paid parental leave, generous PTO, development dollars, leadership training, competitive health/retirement plans, and more. **Salary Range:** $170,000-$190,000 USD **Work Environment** Global team across multiple time zones.
