Community members access earnings as they earn them with options to spend, save, and grow without mandatory fees, interest rates, or credit checks. **Why This Role Exists** Lead a full-stack engineering team (backend and mobile) on the Early Bets team. Contribute to designing and developing early-stage innovative products (0-1). Work with cross-functional partners to shape the direction of Savings products and drive customer retention and revenue. **Compensation & Location** $266,000 - $326,000 base salary + equity and benefits | Hybrid in Mountain View (2 days/week in-office) **How You'll Create Impact** • Act as a product-minded player-coach, balancing team management with hands-on technical contributions • Embed AI-native practices into planning, prioritization, and execution • Scale team impact through AI automation while maintaining agility • Maintain deep hands-on AI fluency to lead by example • Coach engineers on effective, disciplined AI usage **What You'll Do** • Own full performance management lifecycle for your team • Partner with product teams to translate business goals into strategic technical roadmaps • Drive architecture and implementation of new features • Recruit and develop a top-tier engineering team **What We're Looking For** • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field • 7+ years software engineering experience with leadership background • Ability to write clean, scalable code while mentoring others • Experience leading teams on critical infrastructure • Hands-on fluency with AI-native workflows (Cursor, Claude, etc.) • Creative problem solver with "get-it-done" attitude • Standard-bearer who inspires technical excellence • Capable of maintaining positive, healthy team environment
