**Senior Corporate Security Engineer** **About the Role** Join Robinhood's Enterprise Security team at the forefront of AI security. As a Senior Corporate Security Engineer on the Corporate Systems team, you'll operate at the center of enterprise security infrastructure, maintaining the control plane for user-facing security tooling and building innovative solutions to keep employees and platform secure. Combine security engineering, systems administration, and hands-on AI agent development to drive key automation and safety initiatives. You'll have high visibility and direct empowerment to take strategic initiative, solve complex technical challenges, and shape Robinhood's AI security posture. **Location:** Menlo Park or Bellevue (in-person 3+ days/week) **What You'll Do** • Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise security tools for endpoint security, authentication, and security telemetry • Design safety guardrails for AI interactions and integrate agentic tools into enterprise workflows • Automate evidence-gathering for GRC and regulatory audits • Support vulnerability management programs and maintain operational resilience • Protect against APTs and secure executive digital footprints • Collaborate cross-functionally with Security Operations, GRC, Legal, and IT partners **What You Bring** • 5+ years in information security combining security engineering, IT systems administration, and enterprise infrastructure • Experience with modern identity systems (e.g., Okta) or security + systems/infrastructure engineering • Exposure to AI tools and agent workflows (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, custom APIs) • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and modern development processes • Broad security generalist skills: device compliance, vulnerability management, security policy enforcement • Strong ownership mentality with builder mindset and ability to drive automation independently **Compensation & Benefits** **Base Pay Range (by location):** • Zone 1 (Menlo Park, NY, Bellevue, DC): $166,000–$195,000 • Zone 2 (Denver, Westlake, Chicago): $146,000–$172,000 • Zone 3 (Lake Mary, Clearwater, Gainesville): $129,000–$152,000 Plus: Bonus opportunities, equity, 100% paid health insurance, 401(k) matching, lifestyle wallet, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
