**Senior Systems Engineer - Finance** **About the Role** Alarm.com is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Engineer to own functional design, development, integration, and support operations across billing and ERP platforms. You'll ensure reliable, auditable, and scalable financial processes while serving as a core member of the Finance IT Systems team. **Key Responsibilities** • Own functional design and system configuration across BillingPlatform, ERP systems, and upstream systems • Act as primary integration coordinator across BillingPlatform, ERP, and other platforms • Design, develop, support, and validate integrations (APIs, webhooks, middleware-based data flows) • Define and maintain data mappings across customers, subscriptions, invoices, and payments • Support ERP implementation through design workshops, configuration validation, and data migration • Own change management and release governance • Lead production support model with ticket triage and SLA adherence • Troubleshoot system, integration, and data issues • Maintain audit-ready processes and SOX/ITGC compliance • Partner with Finance and IT teams on system design alignment **Required Qualifications** **Technical:** • Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based data exchange • Experience with middleware platforms (Azure Logic Apps, Boomi, Informatica) • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reconciliation • Scripting/automation experience (Python, JavaScript, C#) • Familiarity with ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 F&O, NetSuite, or similar) • Experience with AI-assisted development and automation tools **Functional:** • Experience with subscription billing systems • ERP implementation support experience • SOX-controlled environment and audit requirement familiarity • SaaS or usage-based billing model exposure **Experience:** • 5-8 years in finance systems, ERP, or systems integration roles • Production system support and troubleshooting experience • Bachelor's degree or higher **Why Join Alarm.com** • Collaborate with outstanding high achievers • Make immediate impact with real responsibility • Gain well-rounded experience across the business • Strong community and collaborative culture • 4 days/week in-office work model • Comprehensive benefits including medical, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, and more **Compensation** Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $152,000 USD *Note: Sponsorship for employment authorization is not available for this position.
