**Manager, Data Analytics** **About the Role:** Lead high-impact analytics initiatives and manage key data models at Rent the Runway. Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to enable data-driven decision making through rich reporting and data visualizations. This individual contributor role will evolve into people leadership over time. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead strategic analytics initiatives by identifying and filling data visibility gaps • Develop scalable, reusable data models powering dashboards and reports • Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipeline design and optimization • Analyze business areas to uncover optimization and improvement opportunities • Define and monitor KPIs across the organization • Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reports • Drive best practices in data governance and documentation **What We're Looking For:** • 6+ years hands-on experience with large, complex datasets in fast-paced environments • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) • Advanced proficiency in SQL with ability to optimize large-scale queries • Demonstrated experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and dbt • Experience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools (Sigma, Tableau) • Experience with GitHub for code management and deployment • Strong ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end • Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences • Plus: Event data or product analytics tools experience (e.g., Heap) • Self-driven, curious, and comfortable with ownership and ambiguity **Compensation & Benefits:** • Base Salary: $160k–$190k • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, FSA, and dependent care from day 1 • Paid Time Off including vacation and family sick leave • Universal Paid Parental Leave + flexible return to work • Paid Sabbatical after 5 years • 401k match • Exclusive employee discounts • Remote work flexibility (Fridays) **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Rent the Runway prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other legally-protected statuses.
