## Senior Dynamics Developer (Remote Opportunity) **Location:** 100% Remote (must reside within the continental US) We are currently looking for a **Senior-Level Microsoft Dynamics Developer** to support a large **federal government healthcare modernization** project. In this role, you will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)**. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions that improve business operations and support business transformation. You will work in a **collaborative Agile environment**, configuring Dynamics 365, developing custom solutions and integrations, supporting testing and deployments, and troubleshooting production issues. --- ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement customizations, **plugins, workflows, and integrations** within **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)** - Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements (entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation) - Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using **APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate**, and other integration tools - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications - Conduct **unit testing**, support **UAT**, and manage deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 solutions - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation - Take on additional tasks as needed to support team objectives --- ## Requirements - **5+ years** of hands-on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)** - Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization/configuration and development using **JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform** - Experience developing and maintaining **Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations** - Familiarity with **Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams --- ## Additional Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics products for the **Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)** or other federal agencies - Experience with **Azure** services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) - Familiarity with **data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum environments**, and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications --- ## Security Clearance Requirements - **U.S. Citizenship required** - All selected candidates must successfully complete a background check - Ability to obtain and maintain a **Government/Public Trust clearance** (including…)
