Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became publicly traded (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. **What You'll Do** Join our Network Security team to safeguard operational technologies supporting our datacenter networks. You'll identify and evaluate cybersecurity risks, design pragmatic security solutions, and embed security controls into operational systems. Partner with engineering, product teams, and suppliers to continuously improve security posture. **Key Responsibilities** • Establish security standards for operational technology networks and connected devices • Design network segmentation, host isolation, and remote connectivity controls • Create inventory and risk registers for baseline understanding of objectives • Partner with production engineering on risk reduction and avoidance strategies • Execute penetration testing to evaluate control effectiveness • Coordinate vulnerability remediation across internal teams and third parties • Research industry risks and drive operational network improvements • Develop recovery models and incident response playbooks • Present technical security information to technical and non-technical audiences **Required Experience** • 5+ years network infrastructure security (firewalls, ACLs, architecture, risk management) in global environments • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Go, Python, C/C++) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience with operational technology networks (industrial systems, building management, power, physical security, HVAC, etc.) • Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and defense in depth • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex security problems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Capable of working independently with multiple priorities • Commitment to continuous learning **Preferred Qualifications** • OT network experience spanning global locations • Experience with obscure solutions deployed on OT networks • Deep understanding of business-wide security best practices • Experience with network automation and incident response automation • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCNP, PCNSE) **Compensation & Benefits** **Salary:** $164,000 - $242,000 (based on qualifications and location) **Benefits Include:** • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • Short and long-term disability • 401(k) with generous employer match • Flexible PTO • Tuition reimbursement • Mental wellness benefits (Spring Health) • Family-forming support (Carrot) • Paid parental leave • Childcare support (Kinside) • ESPP participation • Catered lunch at office and data center locations • Casual work environment **Why Join CoreWeave** We're in an exciting stage of hyper-growth.
