This role owns key components of the HR technology ecosystem, drives implementations and enhancements, and bridges HR operations with technology execution. The position requires both functional HR expertise and hands-on HR technology experience, particularly with **SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software**. ## Key Responsibilities ### HR Technology Leadership - Own and support the HRIS technology portfolio. - Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives. - Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver solutions. - Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements. - Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance. ### Process Improvement - Evaluate current HR processes and drive automation and simplification. - Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee and manager experiences. ### Policy & Governance - Support the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies. - Ensure policies are aligned with organizational needs and system capabilities.
