**Director, Product Security** **THE ROLE** Architect and champion the cybersecurity vision across the Everpure portfolio, embedding a secure-by-design mission into the global product ecosystem. Lead a high-performing team of product security engineers while partnering with Engineering, IT, and Risk Management leadership to proactively mitigate threats and safeguard end-to-end infrastructure. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • Drive Cybersecurity Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive product security roadmap enforcing robust frameworks, compliance regulations, and security-first principles • Lead & Scale Security Engineering: Mentor and grow a top-tier team of security engineers, optimizing workflows and cultivating a collaborative, high-performing culture • Oversee Risk Mitigation & Vulnerability Management: Architect end-to-end vulnerability management, code reviews, and threat modeling protocols • Optimize Security Operations via Automation: Eliminate manual bottlenecks by implementing automated security tooling and CI/CD integrations • Location: Santa Clara office (in-office environment) **WHAT YOU BRING** • Expert Cybersecurity Leadership: Demonstrated capability scaling and managing high-performing security engineering teams • Deep Technical Ecosystem Mastery: Proficient in application security, APIs, public cloud providers, container services, and CI/CD platform security • Strategic Risk & Budget Management: Strong business acumen translating technical threats into clear risk-mitigation strategies • Collaborative Influence & Communication: Outstanding communication bridging technical execution and corporate business goals **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** Salary Range: $255,000 – $408,000 USD Eligible for incentive pay and/or equity Flexible time off, wellness resources, company-sponsored events **EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER** Everpure is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
