Trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. **About the Role:** Help reinvent how People Operations runs at Vercel by building and integrating Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with modern solutions. Own and evolve core Workday integrations while partnering with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders. This role blends hands-on integration work with functional fluency in People Operations. Reports to Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services. Hub locations: San Francisco, New York, or Austin. **What You Will Do:** • Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools supporting a headless HR tech stack • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) • Partner with stakeholders to translate process requirements into reliable integration solutions • Develop working knowledge of core People Operations processes (hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, org management) • Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and drive fixes • Maintain clear documentation of integration logic and field mappings • Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices **About You:** • 4+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations • Working knowledge of XML/XSLT, calculated fields, and Workday Business Process Framework • Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms • Excited by headless/composable HR tech • Genuine interest in People Operations and learning functional processes • Strong communicator who translates between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable owning discrete integration projects independently • Plus: Experience with Workday Extend **Benefits:** • Competitive compensation package with equity • Inclusive Healthcare Package • Mentorship and professional development opportunities • Flexible Time Off • Equipment and WFH budget **Compensation:** $160,000 - $195,000 (San Francisco base; adjusted by location)
