**System Administrator - Endpoint Engineering** **Location:** Onsite in Albany, NY **Clearance:** U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance --- **About the Role:** LTS is seeking a System Administrator - Endpoint Engineering to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You'll manage and support enterprise Windows endpoints, device management systems, and endpoint security tools. **What You'll Do:** • Manage and support enterprise Windows endpoints, device management systems, and endpoint security tools • Maintain operating system (OS) configurations • Deploy updates and software, enforce compliance, and ensure device performance • Troubleshoot, analyze logs, and debug to resolve user issues and maintain secure, reliable endpoints **What We're Looking For:** • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline (8 years relevant experience may substitute) • 4-7 years experience with OS deployment technologies (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/MECM) • 4-7 years SCCM administration and patch management for enterprise servers and workstations • 4-7 years implementing enterprise configuration management and security applications • 4-7 years analyzing and optimizing enterprise configuration management implementations • 4-7 years Tier 3 support for enterprise products (Microsoft AD, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM) • Experience validating deployment plans and troubleshooting configuration issues • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance at the VA • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • *Preferred:* Previous VA experience **Nice to Have:** • Remote troubleshooting of SCCM endpoint issues • Ticket management and root cause analysis • Enterprise monitoring with SCCM and SCOM • Outage reporting and executive summaries • Microsoft Intune application deployments • Co-management and hybrid scenario experience **What's In It for You:** • Support high-visibility federal missions • Culture of innovation, growth, and collaboration • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies • Comprehensive benefits • Career path rewarding ambition and performance **Pay Range:** $116,475 – $126,962 USD *Compensation varies based on experience, skills, location, and role requirements.*
