**Salesforce Release Engineer** **Location:** Remote (United States) **Clearance:** U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance --- **About the Role** LTS is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Release Engineer to support a program with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You'll manage and optimize release processes, ensure smooth deployments, and maintain high-quality standards within Salesforce environments. 100% remote position. **What You'll Do** • Oversee and maintain the integrity and quality of software releases • Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments • Debug and troubleshoot release-related issues • Document and improve release processes and procedures • Ensure adherence to release schedules and deliverables • Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases • Communicate release status and updates to stakeholders **What We're Looking For** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in release management or similar role • Experience managing releases in an Agile environment • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices • Proficiency with Copado (Pipelines, User Stories, Back Promotions, Compliance Hub) • Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence • Familiarity with code quality tools (CodeScan, PMD) • Excellent organizational and communication skills **Nice to Have** • Copado Certifications (Fundamentals I/II, Developer, Administrator) • Salesforce Certifications (Platform App Builder, Administrator) **What's In It for You** • Opportunity to support high-visibility federal missions • Culture that values innovation, growth, and collaboration • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies • Comprehensive benefits for you and your family • Career path that rewards ambition and performance **Pay Range:** $97,928 – $106,535 USD
