Trusted by 84 of the Fortune 100. **Role Overview:** Work closely with enterprise customers to implement graph-powered solutions across all phases of Neo4j implementation, from inception to production deployment. Act as a trusted technical advisor, designing graph data models and helping customers adopt best practices for graph data modeling, application development, and AI-powered data architectures. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead Neo4j implementations across the full project lifecycle • Provide hands-on technical guidance and leadership • Design and implement graph data models for complex relationships • Architect solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements • Support modern data and AI architectures (RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex) • Provide data engineering guidance and optimization best practices • Develop solution architectures addressing customer project requirements • Train and mentor customer teams on Neo4j best practices • Collaborate with sales, sales engineering, and support teams • Travel as needed for customer engagements **Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred) • 3+ years designing and developing enterprise-class applications • Strong data modeling experience across relational, NoSQL, or graph databases • Experience designing scalable software architectures • Practical data engineering experience • Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or C# • Experience with Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes • Familiarity with Git and development workflows • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
