Pokémon is one of the world's most popular children's entertainment properties. **About This Role** We're seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to build technology that enables our communities and connects millions of Pokémon fans worldwide. You'll design, develop, and support scalable software solutions while partnering with product, design, and engineering teams. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and help advance engineering best practices. **Key Responsibilities** **Software Development & Technical Execution** • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions and services • Lead implementation of complex features and technical initiatives from design through production • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to engineering best practices • Participate in code reviews and improve software quality, reliability, and performance • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions **Technical Collaboration & Problem Solving** • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making • Support and mentor team members on best practices and technical approaches **Position Details** • **Classification:** Exempt (US) • **People Manager:** No
