We're a next-generation financial services company and national bank using innovative, mobile-first technology to help our millions of members reach their goals. **Role Description** Drive efforts to oversee the design, implementation, and operation of our corporate networks, including IT Infrastructure DevOps, Security and SRE teams. You'll be responsible for the reliability, scalability, sustainability, and efficiency of SoFi's network infrastructure, managing the evolution of our next-generation corporate network and multi-terabit backbone network. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage the software, hardware, and overall health of SoFi's network • Develop multi-year networking architecture, strategy, and roadmap • Develop and implement standards across all of SoFi • Define scope, objectives, and key results for technical projects • Foster a healthy, collaborative culture aligned with SoFi's values **Requirements** • BS degree in technical/engineering discipline or relevant experience • 12+ years in network engineering, software, and distributed systems • 6+ years managing high-performance teams at scale • Experience scaling multi-vendor networking environments • Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline • Excellent communication skills for complex concepts • Ability to translate business needs into network engineering opportunities **Preferred** • Networking certifications (CCNP/CCDE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking) • Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Datadog, Ansible) • Advanced knowledge of Global Protect and ZScaler VPN solutions **Benefits** Comprehensive and competitive benefits package available.
