**AI Game Developer (Designer, Artist, Or Engineer)** **About the Role** Join Scopely's AI-native incubation team focused on discovering the next generation of mobile games. This role offers remote work in the US or hybrid options in Culver City, CA. We're pioneering a new approach to game creation where AI enables creators to work across traditional discipline boundaries, take greater ownership of ideas from concept through launch, and bring more great games to players. **What You'll Do** • Own game ideas from concept through launch, generating concepts and shaping mechanics and player experiences • Rapidly transform concepts into playable prototypes using AI-native workflows and modern game engines • Use AI to accelerate programming, design, art, content creation, testing, and production • Design internal tools, automations, and agentic workflows to increase team velocity • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and experiment with new applications in game development • Collaborate across disciplines to rapidly iterate on gameplay and features • Launch prototypes to real players and use feedback to guide iterations • Balance speed and quality through thoughtful trade-offs that maximize learning • Help define AI development practices that scale across Scopely • Challenge traditional workflows and pioneer new approaches to game creation **What We're Looking For** • Strong expertise in at least one game development discipline (engineering, design, art, technical art, UX) • Enthusiasm for using AI to expand beyond your primary discipline • Experience incorporating AI into creative or development workflows • Preference for building, testing, and learning over lengthy planning cycles • Curiosity and adaptability with interest in evolving AI tools and techniques • Strong product instincts and understanding of engaging games • Ability to work through ambiguity and rapid iteration • Excellent communication and collaborative skills **Compensation** CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA: $169,600 – $253,000 USD annually Plus equity, bonuses, healthcare, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, and unlimited PTO. **About Scopely** Leading video game and interactive entertainment company behind MONOPOLY GO!, Pokémon GO, Stumble Guys, and more. #1 mobile games company in the US, #2 globally, with $10B+ lifetime revenue.
