We’re building an elite team applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems—where bold thinkers and sharp problem-solvers do their best work. ## About the team + role The **Robinhood Wallet** team’s mission is to democratize access to financial services worldwide by leveraging **DeFi protocols** and **Robinhood Chain**. We build secure, intuitive, and decentralized products that enable users to custody and manage their digital assets, working at the intersection of traditional finance and web3. As a **Software Engineer (Wallet)**, you’ll build and own the backend services, infrastructure, and data systems that support Robinhood Wallet products. You’ll develop new features and enhancements to deliver a highly secure and efficient trading experience for cryptocurrencies and tokenized stocks (including perpetual futures). You’ll design scalable architectures, maintain high-quality codebases, and collaborate with other engineering teams to guide technical decisions and raise engineering standards. ## Location Based in **New York, NY** or **Menlo Park, CA**. **In-person attendance is expected at least 3 days per week**. ## What you’ll do - Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services that power Robinhood Wallet.
