**Senior Associate, GTM Systems - SevenRooms powered by DoorDash** **About the Team** The Revenue Operations Team at SevenRooms is a group of creative problem-solvers tackling unique challenges across the business. Responsible for driving efficiency, productivity, and scalability by managing Salesforce and related GTM system integrations in a collaborative, fun, and inclusive environment. **About the Role** As a Revenue Operations Business Systems Manager, you'll ensure business applications are streamlined, effectively used, and fully adopted across the organization. You'll solve critical problems within systems to support revenue strategy, improve processes, and promote growth across go-to-market organizations. **Key Responsibilities** • Own strategic vision and technical delivery of systems with focus on company & departmental goals • Drive adoption by identifying usage gaps and providing coaching and training • Leverage AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency • Translate business requirements into actionable documentation for development and enablement • Lead system enablement and collaborate on effective user training plans • Create effective integrations with applications in the technology ecosystem • Provide flex capacity to Salesforce team with discovery, coordination, and delivery **What We're Looking For** • 5+ years in GTM Operations and System development or consulting • 3+ years with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related Support/Success ecosystem • 2+ years Gainsight or other CSP experience (strongly preferred) • Strong project management and Agile methodology knowledge • Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills • Expertise in process flows, gap analyses, KPI analytics, and change management • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments • Executive-level communication and presentation skills **Compensation & Benefits** $100,600 – $148,000 USD (national base pay range) Includes equity grant opportunities, 401(k) with employer matching, 16 weeks paid parental leave, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, flexible PTO, 80 hours paid sick time annually, and more. **Expected Hire Date:** October 5, 2026
