**Staff Analytics Analyst, Full Stack (Revenue)** **About the Role:** Lead the development of scalable, trusted data products for Affirm's revenue teams. Turn ambiguous business and technical problems into scalable solutions across data modeling, metrics, dashboards, automation, governance, and AI enablement. **What You'll Do:** • Lead high-impact data product initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption • Advance AI initiatives by identifying use cases and establishing semantic, metadata, and quality foundations • Design durable data products powering revenue operations, reporting, and self-service analytics • Set technical direction for Revenue's data layer (dbt, metrics, semantic structures, governance) • Identify opportunities to simplify and scale Revenue Analytics through improved architecture • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional partners **What We Look For:** • 7+ years in analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or related technical analytics role • Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design, and data quality • Strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) • Understanding of AI foundations (semantic layers, metadata, evaluations, data quality) • Ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous projects • Experience designing scalable data products for multiple audiences • Familiarity with Salesforce and commercial/GTM operations (preferred) **Compensation & Benefits:** Pay Grade: O | Equity Grade: 12 Base Pay Range: $220K–$280K (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) | $195K–$255K (other US states) **Benefits:** • 100% subsidized medical, dental, vision coverage • Flexible spending wallets for tech, food, lifestyle, family planning • Competitive vacation and holiday schedules • ESPP program • Remote-first position *Note: Visa sponsorship not available.
