You’ll work with product managers, designers, and engineers to build reliable, secure systems optimized for performance—while taking ownership of key initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment. --- **Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities** - Design and implement **front-end frameworks** and **shared component libraries** across the product line - Use **AI-driven software processes** to build and expand Goodleap Pros **front-end and full-stack services** across a variety of technologies - Partner with the product team to deliver high-quality solutions while leading initiatives within the **Pros Selling** organization - Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: **concept, design, testing, and deployment** - Mentor and guide junior engineers; promote best practices in **AI-driven software development** - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high system availability --- **Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities** - **5+ years** of front-end development experience with **TypeScript, React, and Tailwind** - Experience with **AWS** or other cloud platforms - Experience developing across the full stack, aligned with **AI and agentic software development** practices - Ability to design systems that are **secure, scalable, and resilient** - Familiarity with **relational databases** (e.g., **PostgreSQL**) - Experience with **RESTful APIs** and **microservices architecture** - Strong communication and documentation skills; collaborative mindset - Passion for **clean code**, continuous improvement, and software engineering best practices --- **Nice to Have** - Mobile development experience (especially **Flutter**) - **three.js** - **shadcn/radix** - **TanStack** - **Python** --- **Compensation** - **CA, WA, NJ, MA, DC, NYC:** **$144,800 – $177,700** - **Rest of US:** **$131,700 – $161,500** - **SF Range:** **$161,100 – $196,600** - Bonus eligibility may apply --- **Additional Information** This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
