Since 2007, we’ve focused on making the transition to electric easy for businesses, fleets, and drivers—helping build the fueling network of the future. **Reports To** Manager, IT & Network **What You Will Be Doing** - Engineer, automate, and scale ChargePoint’s global workforce systems and campus network infrastructure from our Campbell, California headquarters. - Build zero-touch provisioning pipelines across **macOS and Windows** (Kandji, Intune, Autopilot). - Leverage APIs (Microsoft Graph, Okta Workflows/APIs) to automate lifecycle and access flows. - Design high-performance, resilient campus network and firewall fabrics. - Engineer robust **zero-trust conditional access** policies. - Partner with teams to design secure network fabrics for charging station testing and validation. - Serve as the principal technical escalation and engineering authority for critical identity, endpoint, and network infrastructure. **What You Will Bring to ChargePoint** - Design, configure, and maintain enterprise campus network infrastructure (core routing, multi-layer switching, high-density 802.1X wireless). - Engineer and harden Next-Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet), including micro-segmentation, zone-based policies, IPsec site-to-site tunnels, and client VPN. - Partner with engineering teams to deploy isolated network segments and IoT fabrics for EV charging station HIL validation. - Oversee campus physical/core network infrastructure (MDF/IDF, structured cabling, UPS, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, 802.1X NAC). - Engineer and automate enterprise identity platforms (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID) including SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, dynamic groups, and PIM. - Build modern MDM/endpoint architectures across macOS (Kandji) and Windows (Intune), including zero-touch deployment and compliance baselines. - Create automations and API integrations using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Microsoft Graph, and Okta REST APIs. - Architect and manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem services, governance, advanced threat protection, and telemetry. - Instrument observability across systems and network infrastructure (e.g., Datadog, Google SecOps) and act as Tier-3 escalation for complex incidents. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 5–8 years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise network engineering. - Strong enterprise network engineering experience (routing/switching, 802.1X enterprise wireless, VLAN micro-segmentation). - Experience configuring Next-Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto PAN-OS, Fortinet FortiOS) and high-throughput IPsec/SSL VPN tunnels. - Advanced identity architecture experience with **Okta** and **Microsoft Entra ID** (Conditional Access, PIM, hybrid directory sync). - Proven experience architecting modern MDM/UEM solutions (Intune and Kandji). - Proficiency in scripting/automation and diagnostics (PowerShell, Python, Bash; Microsoft Graph/REST APIs; Wireshark/tcpdump). - Must be committed to full-time **on-site work (5 days/week)** at ChargePoint’s Campbell, CA headquarters. - Certifications (good to have): Okta Certified Consultant/Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Adm
