Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training, and more. **The Work** The SAP Application Security Consultant (GRC) designs, implements, and maintains SAP application security solutions to ensure appropriate user access, regulatory compliance, and risk management across SAP environments. You’ll lead user management activities including role design, provisioning, access reviews, audit support, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical resources to strengthen Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities and ensure security controls align with organizational and federal requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and participate in User Access Management design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance - Perform SAP User Management functions (role creation/modification/assignment and access reviews) - Support audit requests and conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk assessments - Analyze, design, develop, and test SAP GRC security components - Provide user provisioning and role design/development/testing aligned to security and SoD requirements - Assess client-specific security requirements and recommend solutions beyond standard SAP controls (including ABAC and Information Assurance concepts) - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to incorporate security requirements into SAP solutions - Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, and procedures - Support compliance initiatives and remediation efforts related to security findings and audits - Assist with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning - Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members **Here’s What You Need** - 5+ years of SAP Application Security experience - Relevant SAP security and technical certifications - Experience with SAP User Management, role design, access controls, and SoD analysis - Experience with SAP GRC design, implementation, and support **Nice to Have** - Experience implementing advanced security models such as ABAC - Experience supporting federal or regulated environments - Strong understanding of SAP security architecture, compliance, and audit processes - Experience leading security teams and large-scale SAP security initiatives **Eligibility Requirements** - U.S. Citizenship required - Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance **Pay Transparency (Base Range)** For the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia: **$106,300 — $206,300 USD** **Equal Employment Opportunity / Accommodation** Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and supports reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities or religious observances.
