**SAP ABAP/BTP Developer** **About the role** The SAP ABAP/BTP Developer is responsible for complex business and system analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities across SAP enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, SAP Functional Consultants, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. **Key responsibilities** - Conduct business and system analysis to support current and future SAP application enhancements - Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise application designs and technical solutions - Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client stakeholders to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations - Develop programming specifications, technical designs, process diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts - Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across enterprise environments - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues - Support integration efforts across SAP modules and external applications - Participate in solution design reviews, testing activities, and deployment planning - Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and project methodologies - Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities - Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members **Here’s what you need** - 4+ years of SAP development experience - Strong SAP ABAP development experience across complex enterprise environments - Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and development specifications - Experience creating technical documentation and supporting end-to-end development lifecycles **Nice to have** - Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments - Experience developing interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, reports, and workflows - Experience leading development teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders **Eligibility requirements** - U.S. Citizenship required - Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance **Pay range (where applicable)** $72,600 — $196,400 USD *Note: Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.*
