Keeper’s zero-knowledge/zero-trust security protects users, devices, and infrastructure through products like **KeeperPAM®**—an AI-enabled, cloud-native platform for privileged access management. **About the Role** As a **SaaS Implementation Engineer**, you guide customers through integrating and implementing Keeper in their environment—ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to full utilization. You’ll understand customer needs, configure the platform accordingly, provide technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities** - Partner with customers to understand business needs and objectives; conduct needs assessments and tailor implementation plans - Configure Keeper to meet customer requirements (performance, usability, and customization of features/workflows/integrations) - Deliver training sessions to help customers use Keeper effectively - Create documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources - Provide ongoing Level 2 technical support: troubleshoot, resolve issues, proactively identify risks, and escalate when needed - Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure successful implementations - Participate in internal meetings to share customer insights and improve Keeper - Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and clear status communication **Requirements** - 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical support, or a related role - SaaS deployment experience with security software preferred - Hands-on experience with Salesforce preferred - Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools - Administration/troubleshooting experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux - Strong command of **Linux Shell** and **PowerShell** - Advanced knowledge of firewalls, AD environments, DNS servers, authentication protocols, and LDAP - Advanced knowledge of on-prem/cloud/hybrid environments - Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and software integration - Proficiency with programming languages, APIs, and data manipulation - Experience leading external customer engagements - Excellent communication and relationship management skills - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and with global teams across time zones - Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience) **Preferred** - PMP certification and/or other SaaS/cloud-related certifications - IT experience - Experience with Python - Ability to communicate in **French and English** (verbal and written) **Benefits** - Medical, Dental & Vision (including domestic partnerships) - Employer-paid life insurance + supplemental life options - Voluntary short/long-term disability insurance - 401(k) (Roth/Traditional) - Generous PTO plan (including paid bereavement/jury duty) - Above-market annual bonuses **Equal Opportunity** Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participates in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
