**Director of Product, Core** **About Air** Air is the leader in Enterprise Readiness, providing an AI-native platform that aligns development, production, delivery, and sustainment into one coordinated execution system for government agencies and industrial suppliers. **Role Overview** As Director of Product for the Core Platform, you'll own the product strategy for the capabilities that the rest of Air is built on. You'll set portfolio-level direction, be accountable for business outcomes like adoption and deployment economics, and build and grow the product managers who deliver it. **Key Responsibilities** • Set platform strategy that drives readiness and business outcomes • Define portfolio-level trade-offs to keep the platform coherent • Own measurable outcomes like platform adoption and deployment costs • Shape the data foundation and cross-organization collaboration capabilities • Set patterns for human-AI collaboration across the platform • Partner with Engineering, AI, Data, and mission solution teams • Recruit, develop, and grow a team of product managers **Required Qualifications** • U.S. Citizenship • Track record owning a product line/platform end-to-end with measurable business outcomes • Portfolio-level thinking and cross-team trade-off experience • Fluency in platform/backend systems (authorization models, data schemas, service contracts) • Hands-on fluency with AI products and their tradeoffs • Experience leading and growing product managers • Enterprise software experience (B2B SaaS, ERPs, or configurable platforms) **Desired Qualifications** • Experience building platform/infrastructure products for internal teams • U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one • Experience designing for defense, government, or public sector **Location & Travel** Full-time position in Arlington, VA / Pittsburgh, PA / San Francisco, CA / or anywhere in the US.
