Own things end to end. - **Insane urgency:** Move fast and keep momentum. - **Reason from first principles:** Challenge assumptions; the best idea wins. - **Love of the game:** High intensity, long hours, real impact. - **Build something that matters:** Work that improves the world. ## The IT Team (What You’ll Work On) - **Engineer internal IT systems as code:** Version-controlled, reproducible infrastructure so new sites/teams spin up in minutes. - **Solve multi-tenancy & security at speed:** Keep teams, sites, and customers cleanly separated and secure. - **Enable employee velocity:** Build and support internal systems that keep a 10x workforce unblocked. ## Role Scope - Provide **reliable, hands-on IT support** for in-office and remote employees; resolve tickets quickly. - Support the **MDM fleet** across **macOS, iOS, and Windows**; troubleshoot in-office network and A/V. - Administer and improve **Okta** and core SaaS tooling (integrations, role-based access controls, identity hygiene). - Run **procurement and asset management** (hardware purchasing and device lifecycle tracking). - Build **simple automations** to reduce manual work; write clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. - Own **onboarding/offboarding** for employees and contractors; support access reviews and basic identity security. ## What We’re Looking For - Administered **Okta** (users, groups, app integrations) and managed **MDM** across macOS and Windows. - Strong **Google Workspace** knowledge (with some **Office 365** exposure) and support across macOS/iOS/Windows. - Built automations to replace manual work (code or no-code tools). - Clear writing: documentation and knowledge-base content for both technical and non-technical users. - Security mindset for **identity, access, and device management**. - **Bonus:** Okta Workflows / n8n / Zapier / Workato; scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python); SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / NIST / CIS exposure; AI tools/agents/MCPs (Fluidstack standardizes on Claude); HRIS integrations (Deel, Rippling, Workday); API/webhook fluency. ## Salary & Benefits - Competitive total compensation (salary + equity) - Retirement/pension plan (local norms) - Health, dental, vision insurance - Generous PTO (local norms) - Pay equity and transparency - Equal Employment Opportunity Employer ## Apply https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/fluidstack/05c2e69c-42f9-4fcb-9cf0-a467aaf98f1c
