**Software Engineering Intern, iOS (Summer 2027)** **About the Role** Help build the iOS platform that lets engineers ship confidently. You'll own a focused project on platform infrastructure over the summer, working alongside engineers on mobile platform, mobile AI, and core product teams. **What You'll Achieve** • Ship a real project to production from problem definition to launch • Make the iOS platform friendlier to engineers and AI agents • Learn how a production iOS platform works (shared frameworks, build systems, release quality, Rust layer) **Requirements** • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in CS, engineering, or related field (must graduate before Summer 2028) • Previous internship experience • Working towards proficiency in Swift, Typescript, or React • Ability to work out of NY office (May 24 - Aug 13 or June 14 - Sept 3) **Skills We're Looking For** • Thoughtful problem-solving and decomposition • User-first thinking • Pragmatic approach to technology (not ideological) • Clear communication and empathy • Strong collaboration and team orientation • Interest in AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, ML) **Nice to Haves** • Expertise with Typescript, React, or Python • Knowledge of computing pioneers and their work • Interests outside tech (art, history, social sciences) **Compensation** $57/hr (Bachelor's) or $61/hr (Master's) in NYC, plus equity and benefits **Equal Opportunity** Notion is an equal opportunity employer.
