**Senior Software Engineer - Lead Platform** **About the Role:** Join our high-impact Lead Platform engineering team designing and scaling mission-critical systems for lead capture, intelligent routing, and real-time tracking. This fully remote position reports to the Director of Software Engineering and is approximately 70% frontend, 30% backend. **Key Responsibilities:** • Own end-to-end project delivery from design through implementation, testing, and deployment • Collaborate with product managers and QA to translate requirements into resilient solutions • Contribute to architectural discussions and platform-wide decision-making • Build experimentation and analytics foundations (feature flags, A/B tests, instrumentation) • Champion quality through testing, CI/CD automation, and design system adoption • Monitor and resolve production issues using logs, metrics, and observability • Mentor junior teammates and participate in technical planning • Lead debugging, refactoring, and performance optimization efforts **Required Skills:** • 6+ years full-stack engineering with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks • Proficiency with REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and async processing • AWS experience (Lambda, EventBridge, S3, etc.) • PostgreSQL and MongoDB expertise • Event-driven architecture and async patterns (EventBridge, SQS) • CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions • LLM-backed feature development and AI coding agents • Strong testing practices (unit, integration, e2e) • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration **Compensation & Benefits:** • Base Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 • 401(k) with match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off **Requirements:** Must be authorized to work in the United States.
