Anduril’s family of systems is powered by **Lattice OS**, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control center. ## About the Team The **Product Lifecycle Operations** team connects business priorities to product delivery. You’ll align outputs across **Finance, Growth, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Deployments, and Sustainment** to build a comprehensive picture of product maturity across the company. This team drives strategy to pull **production readiness** into upstream business decisions, partnering with senior leaders to execute, iterate, and improve as work scales across functions and divisions. ## About the Job Anduril is looking for a **data analytics lead** to architect, build, and deploy critical operational tooling across a diverse portfolio. In this role, you’ll bridge the **CEO Office** and divisional product teams designing, building, and deploying both hardware and software. You’ll: - Develop **tailored analytics solutions** for each product team - Provide a **consolidated view** of disparate datasets for centralized executive reporting - Turn operational questions into **metrics, dashboards, and analyses** that inform executive decision-making You won’t just visualize data—you’ll use it to diagnose blind spots, identify opportunities for connection, and drive systematic data integrity. ## What You’ll Do - **Own the technical roadmap** from conception through delivery to sustainment, connecting enterprise systems (e.g., **ERP, PLM, MES**) with collaboration tools (e.g., **Jira, Airtable**) to create a cohesive single source of truth. - **Partner cross-functionally** to understand tools, taxonomies, and ontologies across teams. - **Build custom dashboards and analytical tools** for divisional product teams and senior leadership. - **Leverage technical and operational data** to drive measurable business outcomes for product maturity, operational velocity, and revenue realization. - **Create and iterate on solutions that last**: start scrappy, gather feedback across cycles, then formalize and optimize over time. ## Required Qualifications - **6+ years** in data analytics, software engineering, management information systems, or similar - Direct coding experience with **Python, SQL, React, TypeScript**, or similar - Deep understanding of data stack tools such as **Palantir Foundry** or **Databricks** - Experience owning, leading, and driving adoption of **user-facing applications** and associated processes - Proven track record leveraging technical data to solve business problems - Demonstrated technical autonomy from roadmap definition through rollout and sustainment - Ability to execute operationally while thinking strategically - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active **U.S. Secret security clearance** ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience connecting data across business, engineering, and manufacturing environments (e.g., **CRM, ERP, PLM, MES**) - Experience building end-to-end data pipelines, ontologies, and applications in **Palantir Foundry** or **Databricks** ## Salary Range (US) **$145,000 — $190,000 USD** (base salary estimate) ## Benefits Anduril offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available a
