Works with engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards. --- **Job Responsibilities** - Develop and guide the implementation of product architectures - Provide expertise on architecture-related issues and decisions - Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with technical requirements - Implement and promote innovative architectural practices - Establish and maintain architectural standards and best practices - Ensure thorough documentation of architectural designs - Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams and participate in QA efforts when needed - Conduct code reviews and pull requests; ensure adherence to coding standards - Support internal and external product needs as required - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development - Prototype and validate architectural solutions (feasibility, performance, scalability) before full-scale implementation --- **Minimum Qualifications / Skills** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 7–9 years of experience in software engineering or related field - Thought leadership with advanced strategic and technical expertise - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Leadership in technical decision-making, advanced coding skills, and deep system architecture knowledge - Ability to innovate at a high level, lead large-scale projects, and mentor senior team members - Mastery of industry trends, company strategy, and future direction - Expertise in system performance, scalability, and robust software design principles **Strong Plus** Experience with: OpenSearch, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, Node.js, Spring Boot microservices, event-driven architecture, high-volume external data integrations, and cryptography or analysis of cryptographic data. --- **Compensation & Benefits** - Salary commensurate with experience - Comprehensive benefit coverage globally - Paid parental leave (region-dependent; generous U.S. support includes parental leave plus adoption and fertility support) - Competitive time off globally - Wellness resources (wellness allowance, mindfulness app membership, Wellness Wednesdays) - Global Volunteer Day, volunteer days off, and nonprofit matching - Talent development and cross-functional meetings - Regular All Hands meetings **Culture & Core Values** - **Trust is paramount** - **Customers are core** - **Innovation never stops** - **United by respect** - **Teams make “it” happen** Keyfactor is an equal opportunity employer.
