About this role
**Manager, Corporate Systems** **The Basics** The Manager of Corporate Systems reports directly to the Sr. Director of Corporate Systems. You’ll be accountable for Tanium’s business systems (Financial Systems, HR Systems, Integrations) and for the engineers, administrators, and analysts who develop, implement, and maintain corporate technologies and applications used across the company (excluding Sales Systems). Included systems/processes include ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Tanium, Workado, and Adaptive. This role partners with stakeholders and business leaders to implement, evolve, and maintain the technologies and processes that support every Tanium employee. You’ll also champion an ongoing vision for these technologies and processes. **Hybrid schedule** This position follows the company’s hybrid schedule and requires working in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of **three (3) days per week**: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA. --- **What you’ll do** - Develop a vision for Corporate Systems technologies and supporting processes—and make it happen - Manage a team of leads, engineers, and analysts responsible for the evolution and maintenance of all Corporate Systems, plus ongoing operation of Tanium’s help desk - Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to align and prioritize business needs within a consolidated strategy - Consult on implications and designs for new systems, integrations, and changes to existing technologies - Refine and improve ongoing development, break-fix, and implementation work using Kanban methodologies - Define, mature, and enforce governance processes and technology controls - Monitor, measure, and report on the health and effectiveness of Corporate Systems technologies and processes - Chair one or more steering committees (including key applications like ServiceNow and evolving integration platform needs) - Maintain and develop relationships with executive leadership to enhance strategy alignment and awareness of new and existing capabilities --- **We’re looking for someone with** - 5+ years of experience with IT Systems Management - 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and improving operational help desk procedures, metrics, compliance, and governance tactics - + years of leadership experience running teams of engineers and analysts, assessing performance, and building culture/talent - Demonstrated understanding of high-level integration and systems architecture - Strong knowledge of integration systems (Workado) - Working knowledge of Kanban principles (plus) - Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse technologies (plus) - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with stakeholders and drive consensus --- **About Tanium** Tanium is the Autonomous IT company.
