## Your role We’re looking for an engineering leader dedicated to fostering people growth, platform advancement, and organizational development. You’ll lead one of the teams that builds **Prosper’s credit card and personal loan experiences**. Your teams own: - Customer-facing **web and mobile apps** - **Card products** - **Payments** - Shared **platforms** that power our products - **Tools and AI/ML systems** that support customer service operations ## What you’ll do - Guide your team through the **design, development, and delivery** of high-quality software aligned to business objectives - Foster a **collaborative and innovative** environment - **Mentor engineers** and support their growth - **Manage project execution** and drive delivery - Ensure adoption of **engineering best practices** ## What we’re looking for - Strong technical knowledge - Ability to thrive in a **dynamic, fast-paced** environment - Smart, driven mindset and a desire to contribute to a culture of **innovation and creativity** in the fintech and marketplace lending space
