Join a collaborative, caring community where you can grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and training. --- **The Work** The SAP Site Support Technical Analyst serves as a key consulting and system expert for SAP warehouse and logistics solutions, with a focus on **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**, **Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)**, **Transportation Management (TM)**, and **ECC**. This role emphasizes **project delivery, system enhancement, and solution optimization** (not traditional sustainment). You’ll partner with business and technical teams across the full project lifecycle: **requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization**. Using deep SAP expertise, you’ll guide system capabilities, resolve complex technical challenges, and help drive operational improvements aligned to enterprise objectives and implementation timelines. --- **Key Responsibilities** - Provide **Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3** technical and functional expertise across **ECC, EWM, TM, and WMS** - Lead **troubleshooting** and **root cause analysis** for complex SAP and warehouse management issues - Support project activities: **requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement **system enhancements** and **process improvements** - Participate in **unit, integration, and UAT** - Identify and recommend opportunities for **system optimization** and **operational efficiency** - Provide expert guidance on **WMS capabilities**, **integration considerations**, and **SAP best practices** - Support **WMS modernization** and enterprise implementation efforts - Analyze business requirements and translate them into **scalable technical solutions** - Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables align with **timelines** and **strategic objectives** - Stay current on emerging SAP technologies and warehouse management trends to identify innovation opportunities --- **Here’s What You Need** - **5+ years of SAP experience** - Experience with **SAP WMS, EWM, TM, and/or ECC** - Experience supporting **system design, configuration, testing, and deployment** - Strong **troubleshooting**, **root cause analysis**, and **problem-solving** skills - Experience working across **full project lifecycles** in complex enterprise environments - Ability to collaborate effectively with **business stakeholders**, **functional teams**, and **technical teams** --- **Nice to Have** - Experience supporting **warehouse and logistics operations** - Experience with **SAP modernization/transformation** initiatives - **Consulting experience** in large-scale SAP environments --- **Eligibility Requirements** - **U.S. Citizenship required** - Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a **government security clearance** - Ability to support **onsite activities** as required by client and project needs --- **Pay Range (where applicable)** Base pay range: **$72,600 – $132,100 (USD)** *Note: Compensation varies based on factors including location, role, skill set, and experience.
