**Accenture Federal Services — SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) Subject Matter Expert** ## Overview The SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of an **S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement** solution that integrates **Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Accounts Payable**. You’ll translate complex requirements into scalable business processes for **strategic sourcing, contract management, and automated invoice processing**, and support build, testing, and ongoing optimization of P2P capabilities. ## Key Responsibilities - Support **Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Accounts Payable** - Design **S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement architecture**, including integration of **Materials Management (MM)** with the **Universal Journal (ACDOCA)** - Implement SAP P2P solutions to meet **federal procurement regulations**, **Prompt Payment Act compliance**, and **internal controls over acquisitions** - Collaborate with stakeholders on **scope, timelines, and deliverables**, including transition from legacy procurement systems to **S/4HANA Fiori-based purchasing** and automated workflows - Drive adoption of **SAP Fiori** for **real-time spend analytics**, **supplier evaluation**, and **mobile approval** capabilities - Monitor and report project progress; identify/mitigate risks (e.g., **vendor master data migration**, **complex pricing schemas**, integration with **federal reporting systems**) - Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology (e.g., standardized templates, stage-gate reviews) - Ensure seamless integration between P2P and other streams: - **Budget to Report (B2R)** for commitment/obligation tracking - **Plan to Stock (P2S)** for material availability - May mentor team members and support skill growth in areas such as **Ariba Integration**, **Flexible Workflows**, **Machine Learning for Invoice Matching**, and **Central Procurement** (as applicable) ## Here’s What You Need - **2+ years** of SAP implementation experience with strong functional and management understanding of: - **SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (MM)** - **Accounts Payable (FI-AP)** - Knowledge of delivery methodologies, applying **Agile/Scrum** in an SAP environment - Ability to align SAP P2P goals with business objectives (e.g., reducing **maverick spend**, improving **supplier performance**, optimizing **working capital**) ## Nice to Have - Leadership experience leading **large-scale implementations** - Proficiency in **project planning and resource management** (team utilization, budgets, risk mitigation) - **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field ## Eligibility Requirements - **US Citizen (no dual citizenship)** - Must be eligible to obtain a **government Secret Clearance** - Willingness to travel **up to 25%** ## Compensation (Pay Range) - **$124,000 — $246,400 USD** (for the listed states and DC) *#LI-Remote #LI-PlatformEngineeringMgmt #LI-Defense*
