## Warehouse AI Orchestration Lead Are you interested in joining an innovative logistics technology company? We’re a collection of industry veterans and user-centered engineers using innovative technology to fearlessly reinvent the future of freight—helping shippers, brokers, warehouses, and carriers move more with less. ### What you’ll do You’ll own how **Loadsmart’s AI agents** work inside the four walls of the warehouse. This includes the handoffs where the **WMS meets the yard, dock, TMS, and ERP**, and where much of the manual exception work still lives. Loadsmart builds the systems of record for transportation and the dock: - **ShipperGuide (TMS)** - **OpenDock (dock, yard, gate scheduling)** On top of these sits **Loadsmart AI**, a layer of agents that handle: - Tendering - Tracking - Documents - Scheduling - Audits - Claims for enterprise shippers Next, we’re extending that layer into warehouse operations—bringing deep transportation expertise together with a strong understanding of how warehouses really run and how **WMS data and transactions move between systems**. ### Location & team - **Location:** Chicago — **Hybrid** (travel to customer sites up to ~15%) - **Team:** Product
