We’re the industry leader in meal-kit subscription services and we’re growing all the time. --- ### **Job Description** Join the technology team supporting production systems and valuable data analytics. As a Systems Analyst, you’ll help ensure smooth operations across our fulfillment network. ### **You will…** - Support **WMS, WES, WCS**, and other order processing systems within the fulfillment network - Troubleshoot technical issues in **WMS, WES, WCS**, and other systems across all operations - Understand reporting tools and create reports to improve operational visibility and performance - Develop deep knowledge of site-level operations to drive and support continuous improvement - Continuously review operations setup and drive improvements via enhancements and deployments - Act as the point of contact for production for all system requests (order research, ad hoc reporting, etc.) - Be responsible for **Level 1 Support** - Document support issues and resolutions - Create **Work Instruction** and **SOP** documents - Develop training materials for **WMS, WES, WCS** ### **You are…** - Excellent communicator - Able to multi-task and prioritize - Detail-oriented - Flexible and reliable to cover scheduled shifts supporting **24/7** production operations ### **At a minimum, you have…** - **BS degree required** (Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering desired) - **1+ years** of experience in multi-site industrial distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments - Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and **Google apps** (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.) - **SQL experience** - Experience gathering data and creating custom reports - Some travel --- ### **You’ll get…** - Competitive hourly rate, **401(k) company match** that vests immediately upon participation, and team bonus opportunities - Generous PTO and a flexible attendance policy - Comprehensive health and wellness benefits (options at **$0 monthly**, effective first day) - Up to **85% discount** on HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, Factor_) - Access to Employee Resource Groups (including BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+) - An inclusive, collaborative, fast-paced, mission-driven work environment *This job description provides a general overview of responsibilities.
