Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country. --- ## Description Captivation Software is looking for a **Senior Level Software Integration Engineer** responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining **Tools and Services** in support of the **Atlassian suite of products** (e.g., **Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo**). You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers—to deliver seamless integrations that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. --- ## Requirements ### Security Clearance - Must currently hold a **Top Secret/SCI** U.S. Government security clearance with a **favorable Polygraph**; therefore, all candidates must be **U.S. citizens**. ### Minimum Qualifications - **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science (or related field) and at least **8 years** of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting **COTS/GOTS** software in a heterogeneous operating system environment. - Alternatively, **5 years** full-time Computer Science directly related work may substitute for a degree, with at least **8 years** demonstrable experience. - An industry recognized professional certification (as defined in the TT0s) may substitute for **1 year** experience. - A **Master’s degree** may substitute for **2 years** experience. ### Required Skills - Experience with **Linux CLI** - Experience writing scripts to automate tasks using **Bash / Python / Groovy** - Experience configuring and customizing the **Atlassian suite** to meet user/organizational needs - Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Atlassian integration, performance bottlenecks, or compatibility issues - Experience thoroughly testing Atlassian integrations to validate functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions - Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand Atlassian integration requirements and mission needs ### Desired Skills - Familiar with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Unix environment - Experience interacting/training external mission customers --- **Note:** This position is open for **direct hires only**.
