**Software Engineer (SWE) 2** At Accenture Federal Services, we help the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer—driving positive, lasting change through technology and ingenuity. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and innovative **Software Engineer** to design, develop, and test advanced software solutions using both **Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS)** and **Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS)** technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize **Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)** applications, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using modern development tools, AI frameworks, COTS, and GOTS technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software products - Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (concept → development → deployment → ongoing support) - Work on AI-driven projects and troubleshoot complex technical issues - Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure performance and reliability - Integrate third-party solutions and optimize system performance to meet evolving requirements **Basic Qualifications** - **14+ years** of software development experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, **or** - **18+ years** of software development experience **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience developing within **ERP ecosystems**, **AI frameworks**, and **COTS/GOTS** environments - Proficiency in **automated testing**, **version control**, and **Agile** development methodologies - Familiarity with integrating third-party solutions and improving system performance **Security Requirements** - **TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required** **Pay Range (Base Pay)** - **$138,100 — $268,900 USD** (for the listed states and DC) *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
