Head of Product, Enterprise
Citizen · New York City
About this role
## Head of Product, Enterprise ### About the role Citizen is building the next step in public safety product delivery—scaling a platform that turns real-time incident intelligence into tools institutions can act on immediately. As **Head of Product, Enterprise**, you will own the enterprise product surface area end-to-end: - **Enterprise products & consoles** - **Public API** (and how it’s packaged and priced) - **Integrations** that embed Citizen into the systems cities already run - The full path from **signed contract → live customer** You report directly to the **Founder**. **Sales** owns relationships and contracts; you own product execution and velocity. ### What you’ll be responsible for - Ensuring enterprise customers **renew and expand** on what ships - Driving the levers that matter most: - **Time from signed to live** - **Workflow integrations** that reduce friction and increase adoption - **Packaging** that matches how cities and hospitals buy ### How Citizen works - Citizen’s enterprise product is built on a shared foundation with the consumer product: **one codebase, one data platform, and one standard** for what agents can decide. - You will **not** hire a traditional product manager. - Your “product org” is an **agent team** you build and operate—handling discovery synthesis, competitive reads, spec drafts, partner documentation, onboarding runbooks, and the weekly pipeline/renewal read. ### Why now The enterprise public safety market is ready for what the public already uses: real-time intelligence delivered before sirens, with the context and tools institutions need to act. ### Team context Citizen is the **#1 safety app in the U.S.**, capturing and distributing live incident video and signals in real time across major American cities. --- *Note: This posting excerpt ends mid-sentence (“How We Work…”). If you want, paste the remainder and I’ll format it too.*
