About this role
## Anduril Industries — Technical Program Manager, Factory Infrastructure Deployment ### Mission Context ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware enterprise—connecting the full lifecycle (concept → build → field feedback) into a single operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. This role is **not** a support function; it’s a strategic investment in how Anduril out-builds, out-adapts, and out-scales the traditional defense industrial base. ### Overview As factories scale and operate at higher rates, the infrastructure stack complexity grows quickly. Anduril is deploying servers, networking, and compute environments into live production settings that **cannot stop**—so we need someone to own execution at the site level. We’re looking for a **Technical Program Manager** to serve as the central coordination point for **factory infrastructure deployment**. You’ll lead the buildout of system administration, servers, networking, and OT infrastructure while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external vendors. This is a **hands-on, technical execution-focused** role—responsible for ensuring the foundational infrastructure required to run the factory is deployed correctly, on time, and aligned with production needs. --- ### What You’ll Do - Act as the primary point of contact for factory infrastructure deployment at a given site - Coordinate the end-to-end buildout of servers, networking, and system administration environments - Drive architecture design reviews through maturity gates from **SRR → PDR → CDR**, ensuring designs are reviewed, feedback is incorporated, and solutions are deployment-ready - Drive execution across system administrators, network engineers, systems engineers, and infrastructure teams - Manage and track work across external vendors and contractors > Note: The provided job description appears truncated after the last bullet above.
