## Technical Program Manager, NPI ### About Fluidstack Fluidstack exists to make humanity more free. Own things end to end. - **Insane urgency:** Move fast and push forward. - **Reason from first principles:** Challenge assumptions; the best idea wins. - **Love of the game:** High intensity, long hours, frontier problems. - **Build something that actually matters:** Work that improves the world. ### The Enablement Team Key problems the team is working on: - **Solve adoption as a human problem:** The barrier is often workflows and trust—not technology. - **Give non-technical builders visibility:** Lower friction so progress is clear without reading code. - **Build trusted agent harnesses:** Make agentic work observable, evaluated, and reliable. ### Role Scope - **Drive adoption** of the automation platform across functions (data center delivery, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, operations). - **Run rollout, onboarding, and training** from first demo to real usage—function by function. - **Partner with delivery, procurement, and finance** to identify where adoption sticks, then build the fix (frontend surface, dashboard, or workflow UI). - **Measure adoption surface-by-surface** and feed what’s not being used back to product teams as roadmap signal. - **Own enablement across dozens of teams**—from first pilot to company-wide platform usage. ### What We’re Looking For - You’ve run **adoption, rollout, or change programs** where teams changed how they work and the new workflow stuck. - You build **frontend surfaces** yourself (React, TypeScript, or similar), not just tickets. - You prototype with AI tools daily (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs, MCP) and ship what works. - You can build credibility with **non-technical operators and platform engineers** in the same hour. - You **sit with the people doing the work**, observe where they get stuck, and turn insights into fixes that ship quickly. - You find **unowned problems** and drive them to adopted outcomes without being assigned. - You measure success by **usage**, not launches. - **Bonus:** Internal platform/developer enablement programs, design systems/UI prototyping, training/documentation at scale, or analytics tooling for adoption measurement. ### Salary & Benefits - Competitive total compensation (**salary + equity**) - Retirement/pension (local norms) - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Generous PTO (local norms) - Pay equity and transparency commitment ### Equal Employment Opportunity Fluidstack is an **Equal Employment Opportunity Employer** and considers qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics. ### Apply https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/fluidstack/05c2e69c-42f9-4fcb-9cf0-a467aaf98f1c
